Mr.Dubay is by far one of the best teachers we have had in our educational careers. His teaching techniques and ability to build relationships with students separates him from many other teachers in our school. Please help us save the job of our favorite teacher and coach.

The only reason I wanted to attend school was because of Mr. Dubay. He was the only teacher that actually cared, and one of the only teachers that I thought actually wanted to be at school and teach. We need more people like him.
I had Mr. Dubay when he was a substitute teacher. Despite the fact that he would stand in for numerous teachers, after having him twice, he knew my name and knew how I was as a student. He has always been concerned about me as a learner. He is a great teacher.
I had Mr. Dubay in 7th grade and haven't had him since, but every time I see him he asks how I'm doing and always talks with me and tells me that if I ever need help he's there. If they fire him they will be letting a great teacher and friend to the students leave. Keep dubay!!!!
Dubay was amazing. Im not sure why anyone would consider letting him go. I have been out of Pinckney schools for 2years and he is the ONLY substitute/coach i remember from my first two years of high school.
mr. Dubay is by far one of the best teachers I have ever had. It's not just that he has allot in common with students. He is just easy to talk too and I for once enjoying raising my hand and asking questions when I have dubay as my teacher.

Mr. Dubay is a model educator. He has such a way with making connections with students and teaching concepts that make understanding easily attainable. Teaching is truly Mr. Dubay's special niche. When you find a rare gem, you're supposed to treasure it. Pinckney's own rare gem is Mr. Dubay.
