Not only is he amazing at teaching but he makes it fun and really connects with students. He creates a bond with them that most teachers cant do.

I had Mr. Dubay freshman year. He had made class fun, and educational. He seems to understand and connect with the students more than most teachers too. The fact that this petition even exists says a lot.

I have only had Dubay for one semester and I absolutely love him. He really loves his job and loves the kids and puts his heart and soul into his work. He is always doing whatever he can, even the littlest things, just to help you out and make your life a little bit easier. He is so compassionate about his students. I would rather go to him than my school councelor. Pinckney needs more teachers like Dubay.

This guy is by far one of the best teachers around. He has all of the qualities that have been either a hit or a miss with teachers now a days. And not just that, you actually have fun learning things when he teaches.

It's pretty hard to get me interested in school and Mr. Dubay never failed to keep me engaged in class. He's a great teacher and person who has done a great job teaching students. He deserves nothing less then to keep his job.
