I had Mr. Dubay in with grade current world affairs, and it was an honor to have him as a teacher. I hope that we can get enough signatures.!

Mr. Dubay is by far the best teacher I have ever had in school, letting him go would be the worst thing you could possibly do to not only a great guy like this but the community as a whole as well.

Mr. Dubay is one of the best teachers I know. He connects with students in a way that others just simply cannot. Pinckney is lucky to have him and foolish to let him go.

Good teachers are so hard to find; GREAT teachers even more rare. The education system in America is already thoroughly ransacked but the needs of our children remain. We need people like him. It takes a community to raise a child, and he is a vital part of the community. Please don't take away one of the best parts of your school who makes such a difference in the lives of so many.

Coolest teacher I know, hands down. At cedar point a bird pooped on my shirt and he was right there to give me an extra. He's never had a solid job in the community and yet is one of the most enthusiastic teachers.
