Dear Mr. Holder, We the undersigned respectfully and emphatically request that you CEASE and DESIST with the law suit to stop the merger between American Airlines/US Airways immediately. You are adversely affecting the lives of over 100,000 employees/voters and their families. The votes have been counted in FAVOR of the merger, the company has proven to the courts that they will keep jobs without overlap and the Unions are ALL in agreement. Delta/Northwest, United/Continental & Southwest/AirTran all merged and you never even raised an eyebrow. We strongly urge you to drop this law suit and allow this merger to proceed. This merger will benefit ALL consumers; the very ones you were hired to safeguard and protect. The American people are speaking to you Sir.
