I am against the proposed alzheimer's faculty being built with our neighborhood! I told them so when they came to my door.

Our BeeHive Home assisted living was approved because it is on the perimeter of the rural preservation and next to an existing property with a use permit for a child care center. While I agree with the philosophy of smaller-community like homes for the elderly, because this use is in the center of the MPRA, I am against it.

This neighborhood is a single family home rural area. No group homes should be allowed. Thank you.

The proposed location is not an optimal location for the proposed use.

Our neighborhood is rural and should remain rural. Any development that creates traffic would not be a good fit.

As with the other residents, I too agree that this unique area be maintained. Any variance to the zoning will be the beginning of the domino effect. 1st a benign variance, then the 7-11, then the shopping center....

This is a rural neighborhood. This type of facility does not fit the life styles of those that have built homes in the neighborhood.

I bought my home in this area, specifically, because it is rural residential. I bought the home because it is far from commercial projects. There is plenty of property available in the Las Vegas valley, that a project like this would not only be accepted, but desired, but the middle of a rural residential neighborhood is not that place.

This is my neighbourhood and I don't want the unnecessary traffic this will cause, not to mention all the future propositions for more "facilities" who will want to follow and come here. This is a rural and residential neighbourhood, I would like it to stay that way.

I would be against this facility. Wouldn't a better location be off Wagonwheel. This is the current location of the Adelson Hospice facility and would seem to be a logical location for the proposed Alzheimer's facility.
