I am opposed to this facility in our residential neighborhood. We have enough in the surrounding area. Keep this area for residential homes only based on our rural alliance

ALLOWING THIS BUILDING SETS A PRECIDENCE FOR MANY MORE TO FOLLOW, WE PAY A LOT OF MONEY FRO OUR HOUSES AND DON'T NEED THE VALURE DROPPED BCAUSE YOU WANT TO ALLOW COMMERCIAL BUILDING AROUND THEM. 401 FOXHALL, HENDERSON, NV

I am totally and adamantly against any "Commercial" entity developed with-in the Mission Hills/Paradise Hills Rural Ranch overlay.

We wish to voice my opposition to the proposed Alzheimer's facility near my home. we walk near this area to access the mission hills park. this facility should be located closer to zone medical facilities in Henderson or Las Vegas

As i don't have anything against the Developer of this I am against the location of it as it will set a pressadents as to more developements like this an will inkringe on our rural area and what we have.
1134 Julie Road Henderson 89002 I live in Paradise Hills because it has a semi rural environment large lots no roof jumpers (houses so close you could jump from roof to roof) no commerical development of any kind

We reside @ 700 Lomprey Ave. We are against the proposed Alzheimer's care facility for the corner of Patti Ann Woods and College. We humbly request City Council follow the will of the community and deny the applicants appeal of Community Developments denial.

We don't want any more non single family residential or commercial properties in the neighborhood. Don't forget we were set up as a rural preservation area, which means preserving the rural lifestyle.
