WHICH SIDE OF THE ROAD WOULD YOU LIKE IN YOUR CITY PARK?
Harter Park in historic Union City Indiana has been very beautiful in the past, but it now looks like the scene of neglect. They are letting a large portion of the grounds grow unkempt claiming to grow "wild flowers". Well... it looks like an abomination.
If you agree they need to keep the grounds mowed cleanly ALL OVER then support this petition.
