Plant City and Walden Lake residents have an opportunity to partner with a thoughtful development team to redevelop the aging Walden Lake community thanks to a comprehensive plan that will complement and enhance the quality of life for current and future residents and begin an exciting, much-needed new chapter for Walden Lake.

The development team is committed to creating stability for the Walden Lake community, and has actively been working with residents since day one to incorporate its suggestions into their plans – from the types of amenities to the number of new residences.

They are partnering with award-winning homebuilders to offer much-needed new home choices for Plant City’s growing workforce. In addition, a planned neighborhood Village Center will provide a central gathering place for residents to enjoy shopping, dining and other neighborhood services and amenities.
