I feel very strongly that schools MUST NOT be used as polling stations when there is a great deal of choice of alternative venues!

There are plenty of other facilities for a Polling Station than schools

Children have lost enough of their precious school time. Using the school as a polling station is unnecessary.

Very disappointed and annoyed that my daughter's school has once again been chosen for this, it's not necessary. Plenty of un-used building available at this time - let's do our children a favour and get it moved, please.

Why does it always have to be Oaklands that's used. The excuse I was given by the MP was because of the parking - there is no parking!!!! Consider using Pinewood, Edgbarrow Sports Centre, Hatch Ride, St Sebastians Hall, St Sebastians School, etc. or at least share it around.
