Move the Wokingham without polling station for 6th May 2021, and keep Oaklands school open

We need to keep the school open for the children. They've missed enough days with lockdown and this event can go elsewhere!

Pls use one of the numerous other buildings In The area to do this. Thanks

I’ve never understood why schools are used for this purpose anyway, let alone during this unsettled time. This absolutely needs to be addressed.

I feel another polling station should be found so as not to disrupt mire schooling in the future

Please find an alternative location! There must be some empty offices in the area to use for this.

My Grandchildren have had enough disruption already

Children have lost enough education throughout the year. I find it appaling any school should be used for political voting local or national!

Don’t do it

It is completely inappropriate and unnecessary to use the school as a polling station. Another venue can and must be found to prevent further damage to the education of our children.

My daughters schooling has been affected enough since the start of the pandemic. It is inconceivable this is even an option that so may people will be entering the schools grounds during these times I am highly concerned about the safety aspect! Surely another location could be found like a community centre that would otherwise be vacant!

Schools should not be closed and used for voting what about sanitising and COVID risk!!
