Here at Quicken Loans we live by the ISM "Every Client, Every Time. No Exceptions, No Excuses". In Foundation we execute that ISM everyday by helping clients and potential clients achieve their mortgage goals with a friendly conversation and a "Yes before No" attitude. However, there is something holding us back from helping every client every time.....the placement of the Transfer button. The Transfer button is located directly below the Hangup button causing turmoil and frustration within Foundation company wide. There are many times throughout the day where a client will get hung up on because while trying to click the Transfer button, a Foundation team member will accidentally hit the hangup button. This is a petition to move the Transfer Button away from the Hangup button and instead place it right next to the Banker connecting spot to ensure a smooth transfer with no hangups!
