Move DVUSD future 90 min early release from Wed to Fri

It would be better to make your in service every other month for a whole day and save taxpayers the money for busing etc on those half days. Maybe you could even use it for teacher salaries. But if you still insist on inefficiency then Fridays would be preferred to help working families. Also, would be better to not disrupt the middle part of the week of education. Mondays and Fridays are always the worst for productivity.

I prefer no half days at all. If implemented, I would choose a Friday over Wednesday.

Not only is this a bad idea, but it's no fiscally sound. If you need in service days try to eliminate a day of the week where you don't have to run buses or have lunches.

This is better for the parents and the children and their families to have it on Friday. It's cost-effective for families and less stressful.

An early release mid-week is distruptive to a students routine and learning. Not to mention the strain it puts on parents. I see no benefit this will have on the children.

Since all early release days are currently on Fridays, it would be so much easier for working parents to continue friday release. Everyone has already made the arrangements with their employers.
