No we do not need that in our neighborhood cause then the crime rate will go up cause they'll get trashed then there goes our property value!!!

No low rent anything around us!! The crime is already bad enough without adding more apartments.

People have waited years to see positive growth and safety in Mountains Edge. We have invested in the Community and don't deserve low income housing, but quality life.

I reject the zoning for an apartment

I do not support this zoning change. Walmart has brought enough crime to this area. Low income housing will not help with crime or property value.

This part of town has enough low income housing. The area is already filled with vandalism (grafitti), home invasions and the police helicopter circling neighborhoods multiple times a week.

No more low rent housing in this part of the city. There is already far too much; and far too many people on welfare living here and lowering the quality of life in this part of Las Vegas.

Just moved here 3 weeks ago because it’s private and beautiful. We don’t need low rent apartments around here.

Absolutely no to apartment developers! Ruins single homes' property value. They make a buck and we lose our investment to quality living.
