After a recent discussion with law enforcement, my husband and I found out the high density housing has more police contact and crime than the rest of mountains edge combine. The officer we spoke to went so far into telling us to avoid that areas at night and the shopping area next to it on Cimarron and Blue Diamond.

There are enough apartments in this area, which are not 100% capacity.

I completely disagree with changing the zoning to allow high density apartments. This will bring down home values in the area.

I do not agree with housing that will greatly impact neighboring communities. This type of development would negatively impact traffic, crime and community safety.
