I oppose the apartments

i’d be damned if you take down this beautiful golf course for more houses. the golf course is what makes rhodes ranch. if you take it away rhodes ranch will become a ghost town

Great hiking area, do not destroy the beauty of nature.

I reject the zoning change

Changing the zoning will only benefit a company, the surrounding area will suffer. The zoning change will bring higher crime and classless people to a desirable community. Hard working middle class people pay a lot of money to live here and we respect the community.

I do not agree with this zoning.

Please don’t build on open land. It needs to be saved for wild life l.

We have too many empty housing in Las Vegas to keep building more! We need more stores, not low rent homes and apartments!

We have plenty of apartments/condos now. We don't need any more in this area. Several apartment complexes are not completed or rented and you want to build more in the same area????

Please keep this neighborhood safe. We don't need all this development up here. Build where youre putting the Raiders stadium- that makes more sense.

Enough is enough. I’m tired of money doing the talking with the developers. This area was supposed to be part of the RNP!

We need to protect the value of our homes.

We signed this petition because we do not want another apartment building in our community. Our voice must be heard! Thank you.

With all the new stores going up, another apartment building is only going to make for a much more crowded Mountain’s Edge Master Community. Right now it is impossible to get down Blue Diamond rush hours in this city. If this happens, we are going to need more traffic lights and I have already inquired with RTC about looking into putting a bus route on Blue Diamond. Bus transportation would surely help the traffic congestion.
