Stop worrying about Housing especially apartments start worrying about the roads that need to be built and / or widen for homes / apartments already existing.

The southwest portion of the valley does not need more multifamily housing - there is plenty. Infrastructure is insufficient for the population already in the area. Off - site improvements such as roadways and sidewalks are inadequate or lacking. Additionally, Lake Mead and the Colorado River cannot continue to sustain a growing population. It is time to put existing residents and the future of our valley first.

This community does not need anymore high density housing. This is a family community built with homes and family values. We do not need to invite apartments that often bring transient type residents and young individuals with no family in mind.
