Because this is a great area for families. If more apartments get built, it will be very populated that it will not be a good area for families with kids. And besides. More people means more polution. This area is clean because theres not a lot of population and traffic.

Bringing high density, low income properties to this newly developing area not only subjects us to our property value depreciating but higher crime rates and higher amounts of traffic. We purchased homes in this area at higher costs to get away from high density ridden areas of Las Vegas, not to be part of it!!

I oppose the apartment complex that is proposed for Quarter Horse and Blue Diamond. Our schools in mountains edge are beyond capacity!!

Traffic and new housing is choking our main thoroughfare, Blue Diamond. What the area does not need is another apartment project which would entailis higher occupancy.
