The existing infrastructure of roads and schools can not support the current community. Until a new high school, middle school and a few new elementary schools are built, as well as Blue Diamond Hwy, Durango, Buffalo, and Rainbow at least are improved to handle current traffic there should be no more houses of any size built in the area, let alone more apartments! Without the originally promised amenities, people are already moving out with the increased traffic and crime. Unless the committees intention is to turn the Southwest into another overbuilt, low income area, then please stop approving these new developments. It is a huge detriment to the original plan of the area.

We do not want any more apartments in Mountains Edge, especially low rent apartments. That does not help home values for those in this area. Additionally this area is overcrowded and our children suffer in crowded classes, as a result.

We do not need any more aparrments in this area. The roads cannot support the exrra traffic. The area desperately needs more commercial properties to provide jobs and convenience to it's already established residents.

When I bought in Mt. Edge in 2006 a selling perk for the area was that there was not zoning for apartments. No low-rent apartments please.

I am opposed to more apartments being built on the corner of Blue Diamond & Quarterhorse. We have enough in our Master Planned Community as it is.

I much prefer the potential of jobs from the commercial zoning than the likelihood of an eye sore apartment complex.
