We don’t need any more apartments up here in ME , let alone , low income apartments. The crime is awful already , robbery , DV and home invasions . Please , this is the last thing we need here

I do not agree with the zone change for multi family housing (Apts). This is not acceptable
For this neighborhood and there is apartments down the street that are not at capacity that they have been slowing the building process on due to the inability to rent to capacity. There is no need for this type of housing for this neighborhood.

I would prefer to keep our beautiful master planned community as it was intended. I am opposed to changes that might lead to more transient residents and detract from a neighborhood feel.
