Mountains Edge Rejection of zoning change to high density apartments

These will decrease home values in the area

This is complete and utter Bs!! We don’t work hard to let trash into our neighborhoods!

South west has enough apartments!

We do not want any low income apartments in our beautiful ME area. We do not have schools, police, etc. This area has already been severely impacted with all the new building on Blue Diamond! Additionally, increased crime. What we need is a Metro Police Substation in this area. We saw this in happen in CA, where low income housing areas were built and became gang infested, and high crime. We moved here to get away from that!

Build some damn roads first

There are enough apartments all around this area. Enough already. As for high density, the way homes are built now in my option are already HIGH DENSITY!

I am highly against this low income housing in my neighborhood I have worked extremely hard to get my home here in mts edge and don't want my home value decreasing!!!

Voters need to unite and vote Commissioners out of office if this passes. We have a PTs Good being built right now and another off of Gomer and Ft. Apache.

Please do not re-zone this plot of land.

Crime has increased dramatically with the building of apartments - no more!
