There are not enough businesses, restaurants and stores in this area of town. Too many houses and apartment buildings are being built and there's no infrastructure keeping up with housing. NO on high density! And certainly NO on LOW RENT.

There is already enough high density housing in Mtns. Edge. The current zoning was not zoned for apartments for a reason!!

The infrastructure in this area is too small for the current housing. Also this type of housing will bring down the property value of the area. I wholly disagree with this type of housing in this area

It’s been 13 years since I moved to the Southwest part of town. The local government nor the State of Nevada can keep up with the infrastructure demands for roads let alone schools in our area. Adding more high density housing with additional cars on our roadways is going to further enhance the problem. Until the government fixes Fr Apache, Durango, and Blue Diamond to handle the current traffic issues. No additional housing should be approved.
