Please do not do this to our neighborhood this is why we purchased nice homes in a nice area because we didn't have a lot of rental apartments in the area.

Many other things should be fixed and considered before re-zoning for high density housing.

I oppose this zoning change, apartments are not needed here, and I'm sure there was a reason the land wasn't zoned that way to begin with... Most low income housing only brings problems ME doesn't need, there must be other areas where low income housing will fit right in, ME isn't it
