I do not want any more apartment complexes near our area. We moved to the Suburbs in the Southwest to avoid congestion of cars and apartments, don't bring them here.

This is a beautiful area in Mountain’s Edge. Great views, don’t ruin the view these people have with ugly tall structures.

Keep the adjacent Blue Diamond area commercial. Build a restaurant not high density housing no reason for this type of development in an area can't handle the traffic for an apartment complex.

This area can't handle the traffic for an apartment complex. Since the access to Quarterhorse was removed off Blue Diamond the ElCapitan intersection is way overcrowded. Also low income rents only invites crime & property vandals to this area. Property values will drcrease after finally starting to recover!!!

Do not allow apartments on this tiny piece of land! I’m a original homeowner living in the community just south of this lot. My family and I love our home and community, but if apartments are allowed to be built this will change forever and I will explore moving. Apartments do not fit the area and attract an unwanted crime element.

The original zoning is that way for a reason. If apartments are built there it will be difficult to get any commercial development on the adjacent lots.

Absolutely not. Why build right in the middle of single family homes? This is ludicrous. Greed is the reason. I bet you the owners of this land would NEVER live next to any apartment complex, but you will just have to live with it. Imagine your backyard privacy? People looking right down at you into your home?
