we moved out here for safety and less traffic and safety for our kids. High density low rent apts. cause issues with congestion and crime. Please consider that many of us are older and many have kids and would like to live in an area where we can feel safe.

Putting in a low rent 3 story apartment complex right next to our community would lower property values and increase the crime rate. Do NOT allow this apartment building and rezoning to happen.

Placing low rent, high density buildings in this neighborhood would be a disaster. Traffic is already congested and the schools are overcrowded.

I do not want ANY further development west of Ft Apache and Especially No High Density Apartment AT ALL in Mountains Edge!!!!!

It's a damn shame that Mountains Edge as a whole is being turned into a low rent housing area. We did not pay too dollar for a beautiful home to sit back and let the powers at be destroy what we have worked for. We are NOT red headed step children!!!

The Mountains Edge community does NOT have the schools or resources to accommodate such a housing development. Wright ES is currently at 1200 students with no relief in sight.
