Well, isn't this just pathetic. An ipetition to get something nobody who placed an order is entitled to. Anybody who knows anything about consumer law can tell you that you wouldn't be entitled to these priced at£0.00. A simple phonecall to Trading standards/citizens advice would have saved you from publicly looking like idiots!

Stop moaning. It was obviously a glitch and mistakes happen. You aren't getting a vacuum for free just because you clicked a button at 3am. Get over it.
