As a former student of Morone Sr. I can openly and honestly say he provided an incredible education for my peers and I. He is a gem not only to Atlantic High School but to the Palm Beach County Education System. He prepares his students for college-level essays and assignments and encourages higher-level thinking processes. Kicking Philip Morone Sr. out of the Palm Beach Education System would be a huge mistake.

You're going to dismiss one of the best teachers at Atlantic, just to save a couple bucks? C'mon now, think with your brains not your wallets!

Mr. Morone senior is an amazing teacher who wants to be here for us, his students! Forcing him out of doing what he loves isn't just wrong but will be hurting those who need him the most.

Cares more about the students then any teacher I've ever had. Not only did he teach me a lot about philosophy but he also taught me a lot about life

Mr. Morone is an extremely influential instructor and should not be rushed to retire if he feels he is not finished teaching. Those students who have his SL philosophy class will miss out on the continuation of the course from the same teacher and might greatly affect their learning in the subject.

Help my teacher, he doesn't deserve this and he teaches a two year course! He should be allowed the opportunity to finish before forced retirement

I've never had Mr. Morone Sr. but I do know that he was one of my brother's favorite teachers. He said Morone made the class both interesting and challenging and his students we're actually excited to come to class and learn. I was really looking forward to having him as my teacher next year.

Unbelievable that this is even a topic under discussion. He is one of the most caring, understanding, knowledgable, and passionate teachers I've had in my educational career, and the effects of his loss would be immeasurable on students, teachers, and staff at Atlantic High School. I am at a loss for words in regards to how ignorant and irresponsible this decision is on the part of Palm Beach County Schools and the Superindendent of Schools

Morone Senior is perhaps the only teacher that cares about his student's wellbeing and focuses on improving his students' ability to perform well within the course of philosophy. You will never find another teacher like him, and if it's funding that you are worried about then perhaps you should re-look into it because he's one of the reason why funding is even coming in.
I support
I heard he is a wonderful teacher
