We NEED him! He should not have to retire if he does not want to and if he is great at his job.

While an economic decision, the removal of Mr.Morone would result in consequences more detrimental than the payment of one individual's salary. Morone is known as one of the most passionate in the entire school, constantly pushing kids to further their education and giving encouragement. The forced retirement that Morone is facing is completely unethical, which is ironic considering Morone was the one that taught us the principles of ethics.

Never learned so much from an invidual. Removing him will not only be a huge mistake on Atlantic High School's behalf but his students will face the consequences because he is so irreplaceable.
