Mr. Morone has always been someone that was a one-of-a-kind amazing teacher. He shaped the way I approach my political career, and is critical to the success of the Atlantic IB English Dept.

Mr. Morone Sr. is a one-of-kind man. He's also an amazing teacher both in and out of the classroom. I can't look back at Atlantic High School without remembering him. Whether you needed help with a school assignment or just needed someone to listen as you vented about your life, Mr. Morone Sr. was always there for you. I learned so much from him that I can barely imagine how much more privileged I would be if I had the opportunity to spend even a little more time in his presence. He always put the well-being of his students before his own. Do not force Mr. Morone Sr. to retire. After everything he's done for us, after all the lives he's touched and inspired, letting him teach as long as he wants is the very least we can do.

Morone is one of the best teacher that I have ever had. He has been a great mentor and I am where I am now due to him. When I had issues in my personal life he was someone I could turn to who was very understanding and helpful.

Mr. Morone made me feel so welcomed to Atlantic when I transferred there my junior year and had him as my AP English Language & Comp teacher. Two years later after graduating, I still consider him to be one of the best—if not the best—teachers I had during my high school career. He cares so much about his students and is an incredible teacher!

One of the most influential people I have come across. His passion and care for student shines everyday and I am lucky to have had him as a teacher. He is an incredibly engaging and interesting person that goes beyond just teaching academics, but genuinely cares for his students and is a rock at Atlantic Community High School. He is one of the best teachers at this school and forcing him to retire would deprive future students from his advice and knowledge about philosophy and more.

Mr. Morone Sr. was one of the most engaging teachers I had in high school. Taking his IB Philosophy course trained my mind to systematically question my knowledge, a skill that has been crucial in my university studies. His engagement with current events and politics in class was a breath of fresh air and helped myself and my peers to become civically engaged. He taught me modes of thinking that will stay with me for life, and his impact on students cannot be overstated. Do not deprive high school students of this man and his wisdom.

Mr. Morone Sr. was by far one of my favorite teachers at Atlantic. He was a teacher who encouraged students to think outside the realm of the classroom and made the material interesting and encouraged open discussions in class. Even after my semester of Theory of Knowledge with him, I still visited him and talked to him about schoolwork, college, life, anything really. He was always there. He was a teacher who would go out of his way to help the students at Atlantic regardless of whether they were his students or not. To ask him to leave would be taking away a valuable part of the school. Having Mr. Morone as a teacher and being able to interact with him even after he was no longer my professor definitely impacted my high school years and it would be unfortunate for other students to not have the same experience. He is a representation of why people once became teachers: for actual love of teaching and to help others. Asking Mr. Morone Sr. to leave is like corrupting the students at Atlantic of a proper high school experience. His sincerity, empathy, and inspiring persona is something all students should have the privilege of encountering and is something all teachers should exemplify.

One of the best teachers I had in high school. His philosophy class was one of the only classes I looked forward to going. He loves what he teaches, is passionate about it, and truly knowledgeable. I couldn't imagine future students being deprived of having Mr. Morone Sr as a teacher. He wants all his students to succeed and goes the extra length to help them. Mr. Morone truly helped me try to learn more and strive to be my best. Not only in the classroom, but as a human being.
I'm about to graduate college in two months and a lot of people have helped me along the way. But I can honesty say Mr, Morone is at the top of my list of teachers who helped me get where I am today.
