It is imperative in any city, but especially a gateway one, to ensure the capacity for people to communicate unaided with documentation. One step toward inclusivity and equity respect in a city that lauds its diversity.
If the police serve EVERYONE, then EVERYONE needs to be able to speak about their experiences.
If we're serious about investigating complaints, we have to make it possible for people to make them.
The form needs to reflect the community. Please make it available in additional languages, like Spanish, Khmer, and more.
official documents need to be accessible to all Lowellians, especially those that concern personal safety.
