Due to poor planning and lack of a water supply to manage the needs of current residents, this is a petition to immediately suspend New Home Construction that has not been permitted.

This moratorium will last until the county is capable of supplying water to residents in an amount to allow for current and future properties to irrigate at a rate to sustain lawns, pools, etc. and not restrict usage that impact property value.
