the board just voted to keep the education budget as is. i am floored by the result and so grateful to everyone who stuck with this. we should definitely keep an eye on things moving forward but for now we won.

Keep the funding where it is. These teachers do so much with so little as it is.
MONROE NEEDS TO DO BETTER. DONT TOUCH THE SCHOOL BUDGET.
its always the schools that get hit first. stop playing games with our kids future
kids deserve better than constant budget slashing. keep the line.
Really sad to see them trying to take even more away. Please dont let this happen.

Enough with the cuts already. My kids are feeling it and the classrooms are getting way too crowded. Leave the school budget alone!
