Help voice your concern over the fact that money is apparently going to be used to get a reduced sentence in the death of an entire family. How could this be possible?? 1.5 years, down from 8 for killing 4 people under the influence.

His blatant disregard of the law cause the death of three children and their grandfather, there is absolutely no way this criminal should get off.
He took 4 life's and he should get the same sentence as someone that doesn't have money.
This is a sick display of getting away with murder!

This is appalling, Both the law and the influence of money is enough to get a killer off in a fraction of the time.

It is a criminal indictment of the "justice" system when the punishment for a crime is contingent on the ability of the criminal to pay lawyers' fees. Aside from this being unjust it erodes the deterrent factor and serves as an incentive to the wealthy to commit serious crime. The victim(s) is/are punished for the guilt of the unjust system by the function of the criminal's wealth.
