Petition to have mold and air quality tests done by a third party (non-Ramapo College Affiliate): This petition requests that a mold specialist comes to Pine hall and searches/tests for mold in rooms and ventilation systems. Additionally, we are requiring that an air quality test be done in order to see if Pine Hall is a healthy and safe living space for students.

The school has not taken the mold issue in Pine Hall seriously. An at home mold testing kit that has visible growth will be emailed to residents life along with this petition.This black mold is dangerous to the health of students and has already caused serious health implications for many of the residents in Pine hall. We require that the school stops gaslighting the residents of Pine and takes immediate action to combat the issue. We fully expect there to be no trace of mold AND/OR dust accumulation in the dorms or vents upon returning to campus after Thanksgiving break.
