I have been hearing from so many of you about the inconsistencies you face with these policies and it is clear this is a much bigger issue than I realized when I started this. I am currently reaching out to local representatives to see if we can get someone to actually listen to our concerns. It is truly humbling to see so many people stepping up because they want a fair process for our vehicles.

I am truly stunned by the momentum this has gathered lately. This belongs to all of you who have spoken up about the unfairness we are facing. I never imagined so many people felt the same way.

This kind of thing has to come to an end! People pour their hearts and souls into restoring and customizing vehicles, IMPROVING them. So why then should they be punished. Why is SGI allowed to do as they please with no written standard being followed.
I'm an artist. Restoring, customizing and the protection of vintage and classic vehicles is my medium. It's my passion. I will do what is necessary to protect and continue my art form.
It is a sad day in Saskatchewan when on a Sunny afternoon you can't enjoy your freedom to pursue your passion of driving Or wrenching on your bike or car . What kind of Province do we live in that we should fear our government agents instead trusting their experience and knowledge they have gained in positions we have created for them . Cities offer funding grants to save old buildings yet old vehicles should be destroyed, some how this just doesn't seem right
Gentlemen...once again we are forced to fight for our diminishing freedoms that bureaucracy will always try to take from you...call them safety nazis if you will..they use the excuse of safety to do it...If they had it their way, we would all sit at home and watch mind numbing crap on tv (no one moves, no one gets hurt).. instead of out in your garage thinking and creating...the same traits that are responsible for all the wealth and benefits that this country enjoys... If we don't stand up now, soon you will not be able to open the hood of your vehicle....Just my opinion...
Typical SGI stunt. Making rules to exert authority over something that they don't understand or care to understand. They make most of their rules based on someone's biased opinion.

SGI makes up the rules as they go and so does Regina Police Service (RPS). If RPS officers spent less time kicking tires and sniffing exhaust pipes as SGI lap dogs and more time focusing on REAL CRIMES, we wouldn't be the CRIME CAPITAL OF CANADA. My favorite is, City of Regina ignore steering/suspension damaging potholes. Cops and SGI pull those pothole hammered cars/trucks over in a roadside and say, Gee this VEHICLE ISN'T SAFE. I wander why!

as a mechanic any mods install by me,would improve safety ,handling or braking for highway/street driving. SGI's new policies need to be evaluated again by person's with proper knowledge!!!
