We the undersigned residents of South Custer County, Idaho oppose granting a Conditional Use Permit for a Manufactured/Mobile Home Park located at 3730 W 3980 N Moore, Idaho, parcel RP06N25E1400500. We have concerns that the proposed manufactured/mobile home park will negatively affect the surrounding residential area, property values, traffic, noise level, and the quality of life. We urge the county Planning and Zoning Board to deny the Conditional Use Permit.

I really never expected this many people to feel the exact same way I do about the Moore site, and my phone has been buzzing constantly while I try to make dinner. It feels like the county board might actually have to listen to us now because the sheer volume of names piling up is just impossible to ignore, which is honestly sort of overwhelming in a good way.

I own property close to this planned trailer park. I disagree with this. This will cause problems down in the future.

I realize there is a need for a mobile home park I feel there are other areas much more conducive for such a park such as Butte City.
