To the NCAA,
Syracuse University men's basketball team is heading to NCAA Final Four for the 6th time in their history! The SU Feature Twirler, Meghan Sinisi, is a top-notch baton twirler. We are petitioning for the NCAA to give Meghan Sinisi, Miss Syracuse 2016, permission to TWIRL AT THE FINAL FOUR!
Meghan is the epitome of Orange Pride and not only performs with the SU Marching Band but she also twirls solo at SU basketball games, Syracuse Knights soccer games, Syracuse Chiefs baseball games, and other community events across the state. Meghan has been twirling since she was just 3 years old and has won major competitions including 2013 National AYOP Champion and 2013 Northeast Regional Twirling Champion.
Meghan also represents the area as Miss Syracuse 2016, a preliminary title with the Miss America Organization. She works tirelessly in the community donating her time and talent. The Miss Syracuse title is the second oldest in the Miss America program and has been the kickoff title for Miss Americas like Vanessa Williams and Nina Davuluri (2014)!
Meghan has already twirled at the Super Bowl...LET'S GET HER TO THE FINAL FOUR!

Meghan is everything that is wonderful about Syracuse University. She's an expert twirler & the prestigious "Orange Girl." She is also Miss Syracuse. She does great work in the community & is an advocate for many great causes. If anyone "deserves" to be in Houston representing it is Meghan. She's the best.
Baton Girl needs to go! Her talent is not something to ignore. It's not everyday you can say that your team went to the Final Four, or yet that you went or performed at one! Go Meghan!
As one of the most spirited students on SU campus, I strive to represent Syracuse in every way I can. To have the opportunity to travel with and perform at the Final 4 game would epitomize the love I have for my University. Thank you to everyone who is signing to support. GO ORANG!!!
Why are you making a member of the Band not be allowed to travel with the band? Makes no sense, send her to Houston your making millions off of being in the final 4 I'm sure you could afford a $900 air fare for her...
