We lose so many riders to Arkansas and other places because of this. Let us decide for ourselves.
Ridiculous that the state tells adults what to do. My head my choice. Tired of getting pulled over for something that doesnt hurt anyone else.
living in both states..one with and one without a helmet law..it should be a choice. I wear mine because I both have to and want to, mostly on trips..would love the option to not have to wear it on "short rides". I also believe we loose revenue because p f this law.
It is a choice that we make..... We are losing money because of this law. Motorcycle tourists do not want to come to our state because of this law. I for one will choose to wear a helmet, but I believe it should be a choice.
I would like to see riders over age of 21 have the freedom to make the choice of being able to ride without helmets
It should be our choice !!! Just saying !!

Absolutely needs to be made as a choice, not mandated by any Government organization..
