Do you have trouble with your 3g signal? Or even 2g signal?
We were sold 2 x 3g contracts both with a Samsung Galaxy S4. We told them we wanted to be able to tether our phone internet to our ipad .. we were told no probs! This is the contract for you...
By the time we realised how pants the internet signal was it was over the 7 day period and they told us tough luck...
In the last few months the phone signal has become increasingly more non existent! To the point now where in the house i have emergency calls only not great when u have a newborn!
Vodafone have told us today that we should never have been sold a 3g contract with the service in our area... we think its discusting they want us to pay £1000 to terminate our contracts early .... a joke or what!
If you've had a problem with the network etc or vodafone in general please sign our petition ... these big companies think they are above the law obviously!
