In the City of Mesquite Tx (Pee Wee football) the referees are not allowed to referee a for a team their son/daughter plays on. Why do you think that is Probably because there is a good chance that referee will show partialism, or atleast people will feel that way right So why is it fair that a head coach is allowed to coach his own sons team. In my experience, not all coaches show partialism to their own child. But seriously, how many teams where the head coach is coaching his own sons team doesnt have a their son in a star postion. Bet it's not many. I realize alot of coaches in pewee football come from the parents, but if they arent willing to coach another age group in the same orginization whats left for the parents to believe except thay are in it not for the kids but themselves & their own child.HEAD COACHES SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO HAVE A SON ON THE TEAM THEY ARE HEAD COACH FOR. if you have a child whether they are involved in "orginized sports" or not i'm sure you can see where i'm coming from. If so please sign my petition to end this HUGE controversy.
