This is because of the lady that works there! The woman in the back, Candy is her name I believe, has to be the rudest person I have done business with. Now Marta, the young girl in the front, is the sweetest and very personable. Candy doesn’t want the move and the changes or the updating of any systems because of job security, if I was her I would be worried about losing my job too, she doesn’t have any business working with the public. They are moving literally right across from Miramar they need to get with the times and accept that Milton is growing and digital information is the way for convenience and recording of any and all information, they also need more workers and better systems for notices, calling someone the day before a disconnection without leaving a message or giving someone time to actually get back in touch with them is not a notice, or amply time to make arrangements, their billing is not broken down nor are notices on the bill clearly stated.

As we all know, this was a historic week for us. I’m sure Milton Eater prepared as much as they could have. We’ve learned through the years to be prepared regardless of the situation. Thank you for working so hard for us all.

It’s pure nonsense that we are being kept in the dark about our water. Something needs to be done.

No communication about updates. We have young kids and were unaware that we were in a boil advisory which could have been dangerous

It wasn’t that big of a deal to us, it happens. No one has control over Mother Nature, but a text, email would have been nice. Lucky we’re always ready.

I believe Milton Water Systems should have a more up to date method to communicate with customers. During this winter storm there was zero communication on how to handle the boil water order from Milton Water Systems.

Clear and concise communication is not only needed but is demanded, and providing our families with an action plan to modernize this system for a healthy and efficient water system, for our growing community, is long overdue. The lack of communication, and/or notices is very disturbing. This company should want to be better, and do better.
