Mills Queer Folks and Allies
Interested in fostering the queer community on campus
Support the establishment of a Mills LGBTQ Scholarship.
The scholarship helps people who are abandoned financially by their families and support system because of their sexual orientation and gender identity.
The stories shared by students concerning their financial precarity highlight why this scholarship is a necessity for our community. I am currently reaching out to campus administration to ensure these narratives remain at the center of our formal discussions.

The response to this campaign has been truly profound. This momentum confirms that our community values the financial security of those facing displacement due to their identity.

I went to school here and saw friends go through exactly this. it ruins their whole college experience when they have to worry about rent instead of finals.
