Micromax India opened prebooking on 28th july for upcoming smartphone CANVAS 4 without unveiling specs and price. They mentioned if one decide against beign an owner of CANVAS $ his money will be refunded within 7days. On 8th july device launched failing public expectations and many people including me didnt get money till date of writing i.e. 17th july. Customer Care doesnt respond moreover there is no acknowledgement sent for order canclled. Please join hands together against such irresponsible companies as it takes a second to take public money but forever to return their hard earned cash behind all those false FINE PROMISES
