It is true that school spirit is something that Marlboro lacks. However, the removal of pep rallies doesn't help. Bringing back pep rallies will help all Marlboro students to grow closer as a school, giving every student the best high school experience possible.

This has always been apart of Marlboro High School.. why should they take it away from us?? Taking away things like this makes the student have ABSOLUTELY NO school spirit

Participating in the pep rally was probably the best thing I did freshman year and that's saying something. I was very stressed throughout my freshman year and this felt like a escape from the hardship of that year. Also, it felt like everyone in each class was participating rather than botc in which only those are willing to pay enjoy the event. Hopefully we can bring back pep rallies and put Marlboro high school as one of the top schools for school spirit!
Our school doesn't have enough school spirit and this would be a great way to bring it back! Students enjoy pep rallyes and it's a great event to get them more involved. They also still go through all their core classes, so pep ralleys don't steal much time away from their education. But after all their hard work they deserve a fun break that can help them have fun and enjoy themselves and show some pride in their school!!
Why would we take something so positive out of students lives? It's a fun activity in which we can all work together to bring spirit to our school and see no postivie outcomes in taking it away!

Marlboro feels so boring lately. We need something to look forward to during the school day and the rallies were actually fun. bring them back please!!
