More discussion with no gray area . To dense for such a small town . I am aware that MB needs growth but it has to be with the right vision for this growth which will affect future generations. We that live here love it . I personally do not want it to become like PC, .Destin

We all know change in coming but we don't need to be overloaded with cheap row town houses as we have seen that were built during the building boom. Those thing look like tenement house prior to the Great Depression.

The big attraction to Mexico Beach has always been the small town atmosphere. There is no need for cramming more people into town to line the pockets of a big development firm that has had a history of embezzlement and wrongful doings. This company has started many projects throughout the state, taken money from towns and citizens in big promises and never followed through. A thorough background investigation of this companies history can be done and should be before they receive special treatment.
