PLEASE DO NOT LET THE ST JOE COMPANY make more empty promises!! If they really cared they would have reduced rent rates at Windmark so restaurants could use their space. Are they lobbying with the government to not release monies that would rebuild infrastructure in MB so they can force thru their ideas? Is there beach access for this development or will they drive and park up and down 98. ?

Keep MB and PSJ an easy laid back relaxing destination vs the crazy circus that Panama City Beach has turned into...I remember when Panama City Beach was a fun place ..not like it is now...I pray that the Forgotten Coast stays a relaxing simple place to vacation at...

We don’t need that type of housing in Mexico Beach. Bring in the contractors you are going to hire to help rebuild the homes of residents who desperately need work done. The last thing we need is a private community, I know you didn’t specify this land to be private but I guarantee it will end up that way, who uses up and drives up the prices of services and necessities of the long time residents of this community and surrounding area.

Please don’t turn MB into Panama City Beach. I know we need tax base but this project seems very big and not enough info at this time for me to fully support it. We bought our home in 2017 and have been visiting MB for 30 years because we loved the simple laid back feel and small town atmosphere NOT Destin orPCB!!

My wife and I have just purchased a lot in nearby St Joe Beach because we like the small town atmosphere and lack of congested traffic. The beaches in Mexico Beach and St Joe Beach are not wide enough to support the increase in population that is proposed. Please keep Mexico Beach the way it was before Hurricane Michael.

Let ‘s restore Mexico Beach to the small quaint town it was before the hurricane. We don’t want to lose the Mexico Beach charm.
If Saint Joe paper wants to develop the land west of the canal .... consider a park with safe parking, picnic tables , playground and a pavilion w food trucks or vending spaces that could be enjoyed by residents and visitors.

If I had wanted to live in a highly developed area, I would have bought property in PCB.
