The beauty of MB is their simplicity and community that you will never find at PCB, Rosemary beach, Alyse Beach, Surfside, etc. Those areas are already ruined. Hundreds of comments from people who have made MB their 2nd home for many years because it always felt like home. Too many people love the community that is MB. Please stay strong!

Too much land given. Time is needed to help heal area.

This is by far the craziest thing I have ever seen ...a small beach community even considering this proposal. It is wrong on so many levels, that is so easy to see, forget about the accusations of a corrupt company. I am new here and don't know how this started but what the heck was someone thinking?!

This will eliminate the small town feeling of MB. Less people and keep beachside pristine.

Mexico City Beach is a beach town, small and friendly. It doesn’t need your plan of drawing thousands down and setting up life with malls and BS.

Don’t change the local feel of Mexico beach. It has always stood for the opposite of commercialized condos and stores.

I agree to keep the density as the City and St Joe company agreed in 2006, not the increase they are seeking now, This is not about stopping progress, but understanding about what is being proposed,

I want open and honest dialog as to how we grow our community. I am a property owner on 7th street who will be moving down soon.

I would like to see specific plans before I can get behind this idea.

Too much development for a small area! Too much too soon!
