The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and vote on the proposed merger between MCSA and MASA/MATT. The motion that has been put forth is to move forward with the merger between the clubs resulting in a single club. The terms of the merger shall be forwarded 2 days prior to the meeting and discussed at the meeting.
