On 5th Feb 2010 Donal Bolton from Geashill, Co. Offaly, Ireland was tragically killed while sitting in a park area with his girlfriend Justine Walsh in Cairns, Australia. The family of Donal along with Justine travelled to Cairns in March 2011 and placed a small memorial plaque of Donal at the place where he lost his life. Sadly this plaque has been removed and has added greatly to these peoples grief. Cairns city council have stated it is unlikely a new plaque will be allowed put up in the area. I would like to ask you to sign this petition to help Justine and the Bolton family in their fight to have what is just a small memorial plaque re-erected in the place Don tragically lost his life.
