This is ridiculous! Our colleagues pay less and make nearly 3 times more than us for their membership. The college does not do anything for us.

Cut the CPL program as we do not have the extra time on top of our job for this extra work!! Our time out of work is dedicated to our families!!

I don’t understand why we even need to pay Thia fee in the first place. With the low salary we make and the cost of living being impossible. Why is the purposes of this anyway. The college does nothing for us.

Our wages in no way reflect what you are expecting of us.
We are over worked and way under paid. So many Educators have left this profession and will continue to leave if something doesn't change.
Restructuring on your end will help save our profession from further negative impacts.

Completely unacceptable to charge these exorbitant amounts to a group barely making above poverty level earnings. Many members of this college need to have more than one job in order to make ends meet IF they can even make ends meet. Complete disregard for your members! So disappointed.

Please, reconsider the fee increase. In this difficult time you put too much pressure on us.

I feel that in these very expensive times it is not the time to increase fees. Please reconsider this decision. Thank you.

There are still so many under paid RECEs who work hard and do a fantastic job of teaching and caring for young children. Many who have chosen to remain in the field despite all of the current challenges. I must advocate. Please do not raise the annual fees.

The salary of kindergarten teachers is already low, and the job is demanding. If the monthly fees continue to increase, it is likely to affect everyone's intention to renew their membership.

While I completely agree with us as ECE’s being registered as Professionals the fee for simply existing and committing to mandatory professional learning isn’t in my opinion in sync with our overall wages as RECE’s. It appears that so very many of my colleagues in this field are still only making just over minimum wage.
Please consider how to make the fee more reflective of the range of wages for all ECE’s.
Thank you
Cathy

For such a low-paid profession this is a giant leap in fee price. Please revisit. $175 is a lot to a single mom on a small income.

We are not being paid accurately for a new fee when it doesn’t benefit us at all

We are hourly employees that are living pay cheque to pay cheque who do not get paid in the summer. Groceries are very expensive, cost of living is very expensive. Too much stress.

Would love a break down of where our fees go, especially because when it takes weeks to get ahold of the college. The only they the college has done for me is give me the R in front of my title
Please reconsider the fee.
Do not want the increase
Unfair fee increase for reces
