You don’t advocate for us nor you represent us infront of the government to demand more raises. People can’t afford a decent living with the wage they make and burn out rate is so high, so not sure what’s going on ?

We are in a very challenging climate of financial hardship and another increase will simply add to the hardships faced by so many members.
Salaries have not increased to the rate of inflation, so why is this fee increasing?
Also, exactly what benefits do I recieve?

As a single mom, living on an RECE salary, is barely survivable. Working 12 months of the year and long hours daily. Still barely making ends meet.

If the college of ECE wants to retain and gain more ECE, I wish they can lower the annual ECE fee to keep the RECE in good standings (especially during the inflation) and RECE are underpaid

Our wages do not reflect your fees. And neither do your services. Please make your financial reports public. This increase just shows that the CECE doesn't care about ECEs.

This fee is ridiculous.
They do not do anything in our favor just imposing portfolio with the excuse of self training/learning when they should be offering better training such as any training on how to work with children with autism etc.

The increase is not justified. Other essential services have not increased that much and further more do not have such a fee as lawyers who make upwards of $300/hr.

I am against the increase of membership cost.
We're already underpaid. We can't afford it.
